Visit the Services page for a breakdown of the types of planning and coordination services I offer. I love a challenge, so I am flexible and open to discussion if you do not see what you are looking for.

Every event is different.
I always hold a consultation call with potential clients to understand the scope of the event or wedding and what services my team and I can provide. After the initial conversation, I’ll provide a proposal with levels of pricing and an a la carte menu.

Congratulations!!
Feel free to reach out as early as you wish. The sweet spot for planning a wedding is 9-12 months from the day of the wedding, but I understand that life is unpredictable! I have planned weddings in <7 months and would be willing to jump in later if the wedding is a good fit.

As a queer Indian woman, I recognize that events and weddings are political and should be treated as such!
Especially with the current social climate, I will vet vendors and venues for their experience with LGBTQ+ clients, plans for potential ICE encounters, and general awareness. I take care of my clients like they are my own family!

Other than the Gallery page, I post photos frequently to our Instagram page @jasmineandpearlevents.

Here are the types of questions I will ask during a consultation:
What is your budget (or range)?
What are the event(s) you want? Do you have some general details?
What are your priorities/vision (i.e. "I want it to feel romantic and intimate," "I want guests to have many activities” etc.)

I live between New York City and Southern California.
Almost 90% of event planning can be done remotely nowadays, so I am happy to travel anywhere if we are a good fit! I charge a travel and accommodation fee for any locations further than 75 miles from NYC or Orange County, CA.
